How do I know how many plants I will need to cover the area I need planted ?
For most of our Griselinia grades up to 1.3m in height we plant them at 2 per meter. If the area you want to plant is 5m, you will need 10 plants. For 25L & 45L grades 700mm.
What do I need to do to prepare the area before you come and plant ?
You need to make sure the area is free from obstacles that can slow down the planting process when we arrive to plant. Free from long grass, old plants, tree stumps, weedmat and other debris.
Can I plant griselinia broadway mint in planter boxes ?
Yes. We have done it many times but it needs to be a decent size planter with a minumum width of 400mm and a minimum depth of 500mm to grow a nice hedge.
How do I decide what size griselinia I should start off with ?
What size griselinia you start off with depends on 2 things. What height you want it to grow to and how fast you want it to establish and provide privacy.
